Ingredients- 2 slices of bread
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic (freshly minced garlic provides the best flavor!)
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley (dried parsley can also be used)

First, prepare the butter for your garlic butter sauce. Using butter that has softened at room temperature will make it much easier to mix into a smooth sauce.

In a bowl, place the softened butter. Using a whisk or spatula, cream the butter until it’s smooth and lump-free. Ensuring it’s evenly creamy is key for a good sauce.

Add the minced garlic (2 tablespoons) to the creamed butter and mix thoroughly. Ensure the garlic is well incorporated; this step is crucial for developing that rich garlic flavor.
