  • 1 head of Spring Cabbage (Bomdong)
  • 1/3 stalk Green Onion
  • 1/4 Carrot
  • 1/2 Onion

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare one head of fresh spring cabbage (Bomdong).

Step 2

Carefully separate the leaves of the spring cabbage one by one.

Step 3

Rinse the cabbage leaves thoroughly under running water, ensuring you clean between the leaves to remove any dirt or impurities.

Place the washed cabbage in a colander and let it drain completely. Excess water can make the salad taste diluted.

In a mixing bowl, combine 2.5 Tbsp of gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic to form the base of your seasoning.

Finely chop 1/3 stalk of green onion and add it to the bowl to enhance the flavor.
