Ingredients
  • 10 fresh strawberries
  • 1 container of yogurt (plain or strawberry flavored, about 100-120ml)
  • 100ml fresh milk (adjust to your preference)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water and remove their green tops. Using ripe, flavorful strawberries will significantly enhance the taste of your smoothie.

Step 2

Pour one container of yogurt into your blender. You can use plain yogurt to let the strawberry flavor shine, or strawberry yogurt for an extra burst of berry goodness.

Step 3

Next, add 100ml of fresh milk to the blender. You can easily adjust the amount of milk to achieve your desired consistency. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie, or less for a thicker one.

Step 4

Finally, add the 10 prepared strawberries to the blender. If you prefer a smoother texture without seeds, you can finely chop the strawberries before blending, or strain them later.

Step 5

Now, secure the lid on your blender and blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. This usually takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Be careful not to over-blend, as it can create too much foam.
