Ingredients
- Ramen noodles for 2 servings
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (about 2 sprigs)
- 1/2 lime
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Before you begin, gather all your ingredients. You’ll need ramen noodles for two servings, about two sprigs of fresh cilantro, and half a lime.
Step 2
While the show might have used more lime, it’s a good idea to start with just half a lime, especially if you’re trying this for the first time. You can always add more to taste later.
Step 3
Now, it’s time to cook the ramen. Prepare the noodles according to your preferred method and to your liking. I personally prefer my noodles slightly firm, so I cooked them a little less than fully done.
Step 4
Once the ramen is cooked, carefully transfer it to a serving bowl. Generously top with the fresh cilantro and then squeeze the half lime over everything. For two servings, half a lime provides a nice, zesty kick. To get the most juice from the lime, you can press it firmly with your hand or use a spoon to scoop out the pulp and juice after squeezing.
