  • Marinated Beef Bulgogi, 1 serving (prepare to your liking)
  • Bread slices, 2
  • Onion, 1/4 (or to taste)
  • Sliced cheese, 1 slice

Cooking Instructions

First, prepare the beef bulgogi. Using pre-marinated beef bulgogi makes it even more convenient! Lightly oil a pan, add the bulgogi, and stir-fry it until it’s fluffy and broken up into bite-sized pieces. Be careful not to overcook it so it remains tender.

It’s time to assemble the sandwich! Thinly spread the prepared sweet cream sauce on one side of a bread slice. Place a slice of cheese on top, then generously layer the stir-fried bulgogi. Thinly slice the onion and spread it evenly over the bulgogi. You can omit the onion or sauté it beforehand if you prefer.

Cover with the other slice of bread to form the sandwich. If you have a sandwich maker, preheat it, then place the sandwich inside and grill until golden brown. If you don’t have a sandwich maker, lightly butter or oil a pan and grill the sandwich over medium-low heat, flipping occasionally, until the bread is golden and crispy.
