Making Garlic Baguette with Chong Jung One Soy Milk
I made my favorite garlic baguette more savory by adding soy milk! It was a healthy and delicious way to enjoy soy milk. ^^
Ingredients
- Rye bread, 8 slices
- Cooking oil, 2 Tbsp
Sauce
- Chong Jung One Soy Milk, 2 Tbsp
- Minced garlic, 2 Tbsp
- Mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp
- Sugar, 1 Tbsp
- Salt, 1/4 Tbsp
Optional Ingredients
- Parsley flakes, 1 tsp
- Honey, 3 Tbsp
- Chong Jung One Soy Milk, 2 Tbsp
- Minced garlic, 2 Tbsp
- Mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp
- Sugar, 1 Tbsp
- Salt, 1/4 Tbsp

- Parsley flakes, 1 tsp
- Honey, 3 Tbsp
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the bread, rich soy milk, mayonnaise, and minced garlic needed for the garlic baguette.
Step 2
First, let’s make the sauce. Add the rich soy milk to the mayonnaise.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic, sugar, and salt, then mix well to create the soy milk garlic sauce.
Step 4
Spread the soy milk sauce on only one side of the bread.
Step 5
Heat a pan over low heat, add cooking oil, and place the bread with the sauce-side down. Grill for 2 minutes on each side over low heat for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Step 6
Sprinkle with parsley flakes before it cools down for a beautiful finish.
