- A small amount of squid meat (approx. 50g)
- 1 handful of spinach (approx. 30g)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 bowl of cooked rice (approx. 200g)
- 150ml Cooking cream
- 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- A pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Lightly grease a pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic and red chili flakes (optional) until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic; the key is to release a gentle aroma.
