Main Ingredients- Shirataki noodles 200g
- Chicken breast 1/2 pack (approx. 100g)
- Fresh button mushrooms 3 pcs
- Minced garlic 1 Tbsp
- Olive oil 2 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly under running water. After rinsing, drain them well in a colander to remove excess water. This step is crucial to eliminate any rubbery texture and prevent the pasta from becoming watery when cooked.
Step 2
Clean the fresh button mushrooms. Gently peel the thin skin from the cap of each mushroom. Peeling makes the mushrooms more tender and visually appealing. You can easily peel them by starting from the top of the cap.
Step 3
Once peeled, thinly slice the button mushrooms into strips, about 1cm thick. Shred the chicken breast with your hands along the grain into bite-sized pieces. Shredding allows the sauce to penetrate better, enhancing the flavor.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it. Cook until it becomes opaque and releases its aroma, similar to the appearance in the photo.

Add the sliced mushrooms and shredded chicken breast to the pan. Sauté until the chicken is cooked through and the mushrooms are tender.

Add the well-drained shirataki noodles to the pan. Gently toss them with the chicken and mushrooms to combine.

Now, it’s time to add the star of the dish: the sauce. Add 3 generous tablespoons of Ottogi Fresco Truffle Cream Spaghetti Sauce. The rich truffle aroma will awaken your appetite.
