Shiitake Mushroom Pancake Batter

  • Pinch of salt

To preserve their delicate aroma, avoid washing shiitake mushrooms under running water. Instead, gently wipe away any dirt with a damp kitchen towel. Trim the tough stems from the bottom of the shiitake mushrooms using scissors.
