Key Ingredients- 5 slices of bread
- 70g unsalted butter (approx. 5-6 Tbsp)
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 4 Tbsp sweet condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, cut the bread into bite-sized pieces. Typically, cutting a standard slice of bread into 3 pieces is a good size for spreading the sauce. You can also cut them into 4 pieces or into long strips, depending on your preference. The key is to ensure the sauce can be spread well!

Arrange the cut bread slices on a baking tray. Make sure there’s some space between the slices so they bake evenly and become crispy.

Place about 70g of butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in short bursts of 10-20 seconds, stirring in between. This method melts the butter gently and evenly. Be careful not to overheat, as butter can splatter!
