Main Ingredients- 1 block Tofu (approx. 300g)
- 1-2 strips Bacon (adjust to your preference)
- 2 Eggs (optional, can be omitted)
- 1/2 – 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (to your liking)
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the Tofu: Place the entire block of tofu (1 block/package) into an oven-safe dish. Use the back of a spoon to mash the tofu until smooth and spread it evenly across the bottom of the dish. (Tip: If you have time, wrapping the tofu in a cheesecloth and gently squeezing out excess water beforehand can result in a cleaner texture.)

2. Add the Bacon: Chop 1-2 strips of bacon into bite-sized pieces (about 1-2 cm wide) and sprinkle them evenly over the mashed tofu. (Tip: You can add other ingredients like mushrooms, onions, or olives for a richer and more varied flavor. Pre-sautéing vegetables before adding them is also a good option.)
