In a bowl, crack 2 large eggs. Add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream for a rich and creamy texture, and 30g of mozzarella cheese for that delightful cheesy pull. Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper to enhance the flavors. Whisk everything together gently until well combined. Ensure there are no large clumps of cheese.
