Ingredients- 6 Morning buns (soft bread rolls)
- Mozzarella cheese (to taste)
- 24 Vienna sausages (small size recommended)
- Tomato sauce or pizza sauce
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
You can easily make these Morning Sausage Pizza Buns using either an air fryer or an oven. First, take 6 morning buns and carefully make a cross-shaped slit on the top of each one. Be gentle to avoid tearing the bread.

Gently insert one Vienna sausage into each slit you made in the morning buns. If the sausages are too large, they might be difficult to fit, so it’s best to use smaller Vienna sausages. This size is also perfect for children.

Next, spread about 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce or pizza sauce evenly over the top of each morning bun. You can adjust the amount of sauce to your preference. Then, generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, making sure to cover it well for that classic pizza look.
