  • 5 Tbsp Canola oil (or grapeseed oil) for a smooth texture
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar (adds tanginess and acts as a preservative)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar (adjust to your taste)
  • Pinch of salt (balances the flavors)
  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances aroma)

Cooking Instructions

Rinse the tofu under cold water and then thoroughly pat it dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen cloth. Removing excess moisture is key to achieving a good mayonnaise consistency.
