Ingredients- 1 can (150g) tuna
- 1/2 onion
- 1/3 carrot
- 1 Tbsp minced green onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp튀김가루 (fried batter mix) or 부침가루 (pancake mix)

Step 1
First, prepare the vegetables. Wash and peel half an onion and one-third of a carrot, then finely mince them. It’s important to mince them very finely so they don’t affect the texture. Add 1 tablespoon of minced green onion to the chopped vegetables.

In a large bowl, combine the minced vegetables and crack in 2 eggs. Add 2 tablespoons of 튀김가루 (fried batter mix) or 부침가루 (pancake mix) to achieve the right batter consistency. Using 튀김가루 will result in a crispier texture, while 부침가루 will yield a softer pancake.

Drain the tuna from the can, but don’t squeeze out all the oil – leave a moderate amount. Add the tuna to the bowl. Finally, add a pinch of salt to season.

Now, stir all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined. Use a chopstick or spatula to mix until you have a smooth batter with no clumps. You can adjust the amount of flour if the batter seems too wet or too dry.
