Main Ingredients
- 1 can of salmon (in oil or water), drained
- 1 package of bread slices (use your favorite type)
- 10 pitted olives, finely chopped
- 1/2 head of fresh lettuce
Sauce & Seasoning
- 5 Tbsp mayonnaise (adjust to taste)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, drain the oil from the canned salmon and flake it finely with a fork. Finely chop the pitted olives. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, chopped olives, and 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix well to create the salmon mayo filling. Taste and add a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
Step 2
You can toast the bread slices if you prefer, or use them as is.
