Ingredients- Crab sticks (imitation crab meat) 4 sticks
- 5 Fresh eggs
- 1/4 Carrot (or 1 small piece)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the first layer of your egg roll. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and whisk them gently with a fork or whisk until smooth. Finely dice the carrot or julienne it. For the crab sticks, shred them finely by hand along the fibers for a better texture.
Step 2
Add about half of the finely diced carrot to the whisked eggs and mix well. This step adds color and a pleasant crunch to your egg roll, making it more appealing.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, pour the carrot-egg mixture thinly into the pan to create a thin egg crepe. As the edges begin to set, gently roll it up.

On the thin egg crepe you just made, generously place the shredded crab sticks. Fold the slightly cooked egg crepe over the crab sticks. Be careful not to press down too hard as you form the roll.

Now, let’s make the second layer of the egg roll. In a separate bowl, crack the remaining 2 eggs and whisk them until smooth. Add the rest of the diced carrot and mix well. Reheat the pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil.

Move the first rolled egg (with crab sticks) to one side of the pan. Pour the newly prepared carrot-egg mixture into the empty space next to it, spreading it out thinly. Carefully lift the rolled egg and let the new egg mixture coat its underside, essentially attaching it. This creates the double-layered egg roll.

On top of the attached egg roll, arrange the remaining shredded crab sticks attractively.
