Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bread (sandwich bread works well)
  • 400g spaghetti sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 170g can of sweet corn, drained
  • 4 slices of ham (or your favorite ham)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 paprika (use different colors for visual appeal)
  • 1 handful of king oyster mushrooms
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (or more, to your liking)
  • A small bunch of sprouts (for garnish)
  • Approx. 8 cloves of garlic, minced or thinly sliced
  • A little olive oil

First, prepare all the ingredients for your pizza. Washing and chopping any necessary items beforehand will make the cooking process much smoother.

For a pleasant texture, dice the onion, bell pepper, paprika, and king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces rather than very small ones. This ensures they retain a nice chewiness even after cooking.

Dice the ham into similarly sized pieces as the vegetables. You can use any type of ham you prefer; sliced ham makes for quicker preparation.

Now, let’s start sautéing. Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced or sliced garlic and sauté gently until fragrant and lightly golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic, as this creates a wonderful aromatic base.
