Ingredients- 100g Low-gluten flour (cake flour)
- 30g Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 10g Cocoa powder (for chocolate dough)
- 50g Unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
- 20ml Milk

Begin by creaming the butter. Place the softened butter (ensure it’s at room temperature and pliable) into a bowl. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the butter until it becomes light and fluffy, resembling a smooth cream. This step is crucial for a tender cookie texture.
