- Green chili peppers 2 Tbsp (finely chopped)
- Red chili peppers 1 Tbsp (finely chopped)

- Minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 Tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1/2 Tbsp
- Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the well-fermented radish soy pickles. Measure out about 1 bowl of the solid ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the scallions, green chilies, and red chilies thoroughly, pat them dry, and then finely chop them. Remove the seeds from the chilies if you want to control the spiciness.
Step 3
Slice the prepared radish soy pickles into small, thin pieces for easy eating. After slicing, firmly squeeze out the moisture from the pickles by hand. This step is crucial to prevent the dish from becoming watery and bland. Aim for approximately 1 bowl of squeezed pickles.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine the squeezed radish soy pickles with the chopped scallions, green chilies, and red chilies. Add the minced garlic (1/2 Tbsp), sesame oil (1 Tbsp), sesame seeds (1/2 Tbsp), and a pinch of pepper. Gently mix everything together with your hands until well combined.
Step 5
Transfer the delicious radish soy-pickled salad to a serving dish. Enjoy this crunchy and flavorful side dish!
