Crispy Pan-Fried Dumplings in Air Fryer
Crispy Pan-Fried Dumplings Made Easy with an Air Fryer
When you’re short on time, just pop these into the air fryer and they come out perfectly crispy! I enjoyed them so easily and deliciously. This recipe is a lifesaver for busy days.
Main Ingredients- 8 store-bought flat dumplings
Dipping Sauce- 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/2 Tbsp vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Line the bottom of your air fryer basket with parchment paper. Arrange the dumplings in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap too much. Leaving some space between them will help them cook evenly and get extra crispy.
Step 2
Lightly brush the surface of the dumplings with cooking oil using a pastry brush. This step is key to achieving a beautifully golden-brown and wonderfully crisp exterior. Avoid using too much oil, as it can make the dumplings greasy; a light coating is sufficient.
Step 3
Set the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and cook for 13 minutes. The exact cooking time might vary slightly depending on the size of your dumplings and your specific air fryer model. For best results, consider flipping the dumplings halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crispiness on both sides. It’s a good idea to check on them around the 10-minute mark.
Step 4
Once perfectly golden and crispy, carefully remove the dumplings and arrange them attractively on a serving plate. Serve immediately with the prepared dipping sauce (mix 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp water, and 1/2 Tbsp vinegar). Enjoy your delicious, easy-to-make crispy dumplings!
