Today, we’re preparing a fantastic snack using ingredients you might already have in your fridge! While you can simply bake them in the oven, this recipe utilizes leftover cooking oil to fry them to perfection. Get ready for a delicious treat!
Main Ingredients- 2 large potatoes
- 500ml water
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- Grapeseed oil (for frying)
- Scallions (optional)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
While bringing 500ml of water to a boil, get ready to start cooking.

Thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water to remove any dirt. Cut them into thick half-moon shapes. You can peel them if you prefer, or leave the skin on.

Once the water is boiling rapidly, add 1 tsp of coarse salt,
