Main Ingredients- 1 block (approx. 300g) Firm Tofu for pan-frying
- 1 large Egg
- 1.5 Tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 Tbsp All-purpose Flour (or Frying Mix)
- Pinch of Salt
- Finely Chopped Scallions (for garnish, optional)
- Finely Chopped Carrots (for garnish, optional)

Cooking Instructions

First, we prepare the tofu by removing excess moisture. Place one block of firm tofu on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave it for about 3 minutes to help dry it out. This step makes the tofu firmer and easier to pan-fry. After microwaving, drain any water that has collected on the plate.

Now, let’s cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice the tofu into 6 equal portions, about 1.5-2 cm thick. If you prefer smaller pieces, you can cut each of the 6 pieces in half again, resulting in 12 pieces. This size is perfect for popping into your mouth.
