Measurements are based on 1 Tbsp = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml. This salad features a delightful crunch from celery and apple, balanced with the creamy, savory, and sweet flavors of the dressing. It’s a fantastic way to incorporate celery into your diet, perfect for children’s side dishes or snacks, and also makes a wonderful sandwich filling.
Main Ingredients- Celery: 70g
- Crab sticks (imitation crab meat): 50g
- Apple: 60g

Step 1
First, wash the celery thoroughly. Pat it dry and then slice it thinly. Thin slices will give you the best texture.

Unwrap the crab sticks and shred them into small pieces with your hands. Try not to shred them too finely; leaving some texture will improve the overall mouthfeel.

Wash the apple, remove the core, and dice it into bite-sized pieces (about 0.5-1cm cubes). You can peel it or leave the skin on, whichever you prefer. Cutting it to a similar size as the celery will create a more harmonious salad.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded crab sticks, diced apple, and sliced celery.
