Try making a snack wrap at home that’s just as good as, if not better than, McDonald’s using the popular Barudak crunchy chicken breast! The crispy chicken, fresh vegetables, and sweet and tangy sauce come together for a meal that’s perfect for lunch or a satisfying snack.

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Tortilla
  • 1 Barudak Crunchy Chicken Breast
  • 2-3 fresh Lettuce leaves

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the tortilla. Lightly toasting it in a dry pan until golden brown on both sides will enhance its nutty flavor and chewy texture. Toast for about 15-20 seconds per side. If you don’t have a pan, you can warm it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Now, let’s make the Barudak crunchy chicken breast even crispier. An air fryer works wonderfully for this. Place the chicken breast in a preheated air fryer set to 180°C (350°F). Cook for 7 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook for another 7 minutes, for a total of 14 minutes. This method ensures the chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly over the warm, toasted tortilla. The sauce will soak into the tortilla, adding wonderful flavor.

Layer 2-3 fresh lettuce leaves on top of the mayonnaise. You can also substitute with shredded cabbage or mixed greens. The key is to use plenty of crisp, fresh vegetables to add a delightful crunch!

Next, place the prepared chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces, on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with your desired amount of the sauce mixture (mayonnaise, mustard, and sriracha sauce). The spicy and sweet sriracha sauce will cut through any richness and add a delicious kick.

Finally, fold in the sides of the tortilla slightly, then roll it up from the bottom to create your delicious chicken breast snack wrap! Cutting it in half makes it even easier to enjoy.
