Ingredients- Sundae (Korean blood sausage) 150g
- Cooking oil 3 Tbsp
- Water 3 Tbsp
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the sundae by cutting it into bite-sized pieces. Slicing it into approximately 2-3cm thick pieces will give you the best texture after cooking.
Step 2
Now, let’s start frying. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sundae slices and fry them until golden brown and slightly crispy on both sides, like deep-frying.
Step 3
Once the sundae’s exterior has turned nicely crisp, it’s time to move to the next step. Carefully pour in 3 tablespoons of water around the sides of the sundae in the pan. Be cautious as the oil might splatter.
Step 4
Immediately cover the pan with a lid after adding the water. Increase the heat to high and let it steam until all the water has evaporated. This process will help steam the sundae from the inside, making it tender and moist.
Step 5
When most of the water has evaporated, remove the lid. Now is the final stage to re-crisp the exterior of the sundae. Give it another quick fry on both sides to achieve that perfect crispy exterior and tender interior finish!
