Main Ingredients- 2 Tortillas
- 2 Slices of Cheese
- 1 Egg (egg white only)
- Strawberry Jam
- Frozen Mango (or fresh mango)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare your 2 tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 4 equal wedges. This will make them the perfect size for rolling and filling. Pre-cutting makes the rolling process much smoother.

Place one slice of cheese onto each of the cut tortilla wedges. As the cheese melts, it will help bind the filling together inside the roll. Gently roll each tortilla wedge, enclosing the cheese.
