  • 5-6 Garlic Scapes (approx. 40-50g, optional)
  • 1/4 stalk Green Onion (approx. 30g)

First, prepare one chicken breast (about 130-140g) for a single serving. Using fresh chicken breast will result in a more delicious stir-fry.

Cut the prepared chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. If you cut it too small, it might lose moisture and become dry during cooking, so aim for a moderate size.

Finely chop the green onion. Also, measure out 0.7 tablespoon (about 10g) of minced garlic to add a fragrant aroma.

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, similar in size to the chicken breast. Garlic scapes are optional but add a unique fragrance and crisp texture to the stir-fry. Trim the lower part of the garlic scapes, removing the flower head, and cut them into manageable lengths of about 4-5cm.
