Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Arrange the 300g of frozen french fries in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 10 minutes for the first round. Ensuring the fries don’t overlap is key to achieving maximum crispiness.
Step 2
After the initial 10 minutes, carefully pull out the air fryer basket and give the fries a good shake to redistribute them. This ensures even cooking and extra crispiness. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for another 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

While the fries are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce. In a small bowl, combine all the dipping sauce ingredients: mayonnaise, honey mustard, milk, sugar, butter, minced garlic, and the slice of processed cheese. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.

Place the covered bowl in the microwave and heat for about 1 minute. This will gently melt the butter and cheese, making the sauce smooth and well-combined.
