Main Ingredients- Pork Belly Slices (thinly sliced) 520g
- Bok Choy 6 heads
Seasoning- Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp
- Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp (adjust to taste)
- Oligosaccharide (or corn syrup) 1 Tbsp
- Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp
- Black Pepper, a pinch
- Cooking Wine (Mirin or similar) 2 Tbsp
- Sesame Seeds, a sprinkle
- Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp
- Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp (adjust to taste)
- Oligosaccharide (or corn syrup) 1 Tbsp
- Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp

- Cooking Wine (Mirin or similar) 2 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thoroughly wash the fresh bok choy under running water. Remove any wilted or dirty outer leaves. You can also cut them into bite-sized pieces for easier eating.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced pork belly and spread it out. Stir-fry until it’s nicely browned and rendered some of its fat. This will make it more flavorful and crispy.

Once the pork belly is cooked, add all the seasoning ingredients: 3 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp fish sauce, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, a pinch of black pepper, and 2 Tbsp cooking wine. Stir-fry quickly over high heat until the sauce coats the pork belly evenly. Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar to your preference for sweetness.
