Hello everyone! Today, I’ll share a recipe for delicious and nutritious broccoli stir-fry. Its satisfying crunch makes it a perfect companion for rice.

Wash the broccoli thoroughly under running water. Add 1 Tbsp of vinegar and a pinch of coarse salt to boiling water. Briefly blanch the broccoli for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. This helps maintain its vibrant green color and sterilizes it. This method is more effective than soaking in water with salt for 30 minutes for initial cleaning. Quickly rinse in cold water and drain well. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.

Thinly slice the onion. Remove the seeds from the Korean green chili peppers and finely mince them. (If you like it spicy, you can leave the seeds in.)

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and sesame oil in a 1:1 ratio. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
