Homemade Glutinous Rice Flour Tangsuyuk Recipe

Tangsuyuk Ingredients- 300g Pork Tenderloin
- 1 cup Glutinous Rice Flour

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, slice the pork tenderloin into 1cm thick pieces and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess blood. Then, cut them into thin, flat pieces. Season the sliced pork with salt and pepper and gently mix. In a wide bowl, thoroughly mix the glutinous rice flour and pepper. Coat each piece of seasoned pork evenly on both sides with the glutinous rice flour mixture. Ensuring the flour adheres well will make the fried Tangsuyuk extra crispy.
