Kimchi Ingredients- 5 large scallions
- 3 Tbsp fish sauce (for umami)
- 3 Tbsp red pepper flakes (for spice)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic (for aroma)
Cooking Instructions

First, prepare your fresh scallions. For this kimchi, choose scallions that are plump and have a good amount of white part, as this will be the focus of the dish.
