Ingredients
  • Boiled pork ribs: 1800g (pre-boiled to remove impurities and gamey smell)
  • Herb salt (to taste)
  • Oil spray (or cooking oil)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the boiled pork ribs, ensuring they are well-drained and patted dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Generously season the entire surface of the ribs with herb salt. Don’t be shy with the salt; it will enhance the savory flavor and aromatic profile.

Step 2

Arrange the seasoned ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Ensure there’s some space between each rib for even cooking and optimal crisping. If you have a large batch, it’s best to cook them in two separate batches.

Step 3

Lightly spray the surface of the ribs with oil. This step is crucial for achieving a beautifully browned and crispy exterior. If you don’t have an oil sprayer, you can lightly brush them with cooking oil.

Step 4

Set your air fryer to 170°C (340°F) and cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, carefully flip the ribs over to the other side. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. This total cooking time of about 25 minutes yields incredibly tender and crispy ribs. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning, adjusting the time as needed based on your air fryer’s performance.
