Then, gently scrub the peach skin with a soft sponge and rinse it several times under clean running water. You can leave the peach skin on, or peel it if you prefer a smoother texture. Also, fruit fly eggs can sometimes be on banana peels, so it’s a good idea to rinse the banana briefly under running water before peeling. Peel the banana.
