  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1/2 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar

First, shred the imitation crab sticks lengthwise into thin strands. Shredding them this way helps them absorb the seasoning better and creates a softer texture.

In a bowl, combine the shredded crab sticks with 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix gently until well combined. Adjust the amount of pepper to your preference for a more flavorful result.

Using a vegetable peeler, thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise. Slicing the outer part thinly makes it easier to roll.
