Salad Ingredients- Cabbage 20g
- Cucumber 1/3
- Chicken breast slices 4-5 pieces (or 1/3 chicken breast)
- Pepper to taste
Peanut Butter Dressing Ingredients- Olive oil 2 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Vinegar 1.5 Tbsp
- Oligosaccharide 1 Tbsp
- Peanut butter 2 Tbsp
- Minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp
- Olive oil 2 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Vinegar 1.5 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare 20g of cabbage. Wash it thoroughly and then thinly shred it into fine strips. The thinner the shreds, the crispier the cabbage will be.
Step 2
Take 1/3 of a cucumber. Use the back of a knife or a peeler to lightly scrape off the skin (this is called ‘dolyeok-kkak’). Remove the seeds, then thinly slice it into strips, similar to the cabbage.
Step 3
If you’re using pre-sliced chicken breast, cut these slices into thin strips. If you’re using a whole chicken breast, cook it (boil or pan-fry) first, then shred it.
Step 4
Now, let’s make the delicious peanut butter dressing. In a bowl, combine 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 Tbsp vinegar, 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide, 2 Tbsp peanut butter, and 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic. Whisk well with a fork or whisk until smooth and no lumps remain. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
Step 5
Arrange the shredded cabbage, cucumber, and chicken breast attractively on a large plate or in a bowl. Lightly sprinkle some pepper over the ingredients to enhance the flavor.
