Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the fresh chives thoroughly. Then, cut them into approximately 5cm lengths for easy eating. Cutting them to a manageable size will make them more enjoyable to eat.

Thinly slice the onion into julienne strips. The crisp texture of the onion will further enhance the flavor of the chives salad. If you find raw onion too pungent, you can soak the julienned onion in cold water for about 5 minutes, then drain well before using.
