  • 1 Scallion (white part mainly)
  • 1/2 Carrot

Scallion & Carrot Sauté Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Mirin (or cooking sake)

Beef Roll Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream (approx. 80ml)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oligodang (or corn syrup)

First, let’s prepare the vegetables. Wash the scallion and slice it thinly on an angle, about 2 inches long, focusing on the white part. Peel the carrot and cut it into similar length matchsticks.

Heat about 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a preheated pan over medium heat. Add the sliced scallions and carrots and sauté until they soften and become slightly translucent.
