Creamy Carbonara Buldak Stir-fried Noodles
Making Carbonara Buldak Stir-fried Noodles Softer with Milk
This recipe is recommended when you want to enjoy the spicy Buldak Stir-fried Noodles in a milder, creamier way! It balances the heat with a rich, smooth sauce.
Ingredients- 1 pack Buldak Stir-fried Noodles
- 1/4 Onion
- 2 strips Bacon
- 1 slice Processed Cheese
- 1 cup (200ml) Milk
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, lightly grease a pan with oil and sauté thinly sliced onion over medium-low heat until fragrant. It’s even better if the onion becomes translucent.
Step 2
Simultaneously, in another pot, bring a generous amount of water to a rolling boil for cooking the Buldak noodles. Preparing the noodles at the same time helps save time.
Step 3
Once the onion starts to turn golden brown and release a sweet aroma, add the bacon cut into bite-sized pieces and sauté them together. The rendered bacon fat will add extra flavor.
Step 4
When the onion is tender and the bacon is cooked, pour in about 1 cup (200ml) of milk, enough to slightly cover the ingredients. Then, tear and add 1 slice of processed cheese. As the cheese melts, it will make the sauce richer and smoother.
Step 5
While stirring, bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, ensuring the milk and cheese combine well. Once the cheese is fully melted and forms a smooth, creamy sauce base, add the Buldak Stir-fried Noodles liquid sauce and mix thoroughly. You’ll start to smell the spicy aroma.
Step 6
Cook the noodles for about 4 minutes, which is slightly less than the package instructions. Drain them and immediately transfer the noodles to the pan with the simmering sauce.
Step 7
Stir-fry the noodles and sauce together in the pan for about 1 minute, allowing the sauce to coat the noodles evenly. Once everything is well combined, your delicious Carbonara Buldak Stir-fried Noodles are ready to enjoy!
