Main Ingredients- 5 imitation crab sticks (surimi)
- 2 eggs
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 green chili pepper
- A little cooking oil

Step 1
First, prepare all the ingredients needed for making the pancake. Washing them thoroughly and measuring them out beforehand will make the cooking process much smoother.

Shred the imitation crab sticks finely with your hands or chop them finely with a knife. Remove the seeds from the red and green chili peppers and mince them very finely. Adding chopped chilies will add a beautiful color and a subtle spicy kick, enhancing the overall flavor. If you prefer less heat, you can substitute the green chili with bell pepper.

In a large bowl, crack the 2 eggs and whisk them well. Add the chopped imitation crab sticks, red chili, and green chili to the bowl. Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
