How to Make a Delicious Ginger Latte (Jinjer Latte) at Home

Ingredients- 200ml Milk
- 1-2 Tbsp Ginger Syrup (adjust to taste)
- Pinch of Cinnamon Powder (optional)

Step 1
Start by preparing your base ingredients: 200ml of milk and 1 to 2 tablespoons of ginger syrup. The amount of ginger syrup can be adjusted based on how strong you like the ginger flavor and sweetness.

Pour the 200ml of milk into a microwave-safe container and heat it for about 1 minute until warm. Once warm, use a frother or a whisk to create a rich, creamy foam. This step is key to achieving a delightful latte texture.
Step 3
Take your favorite mug and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of ginger syrup to the bottom. Placing the syrup first at the bottom allows it to blend beautifully with the milk and foam later.
Step 4
Gently pour the warm milk and its foam over the ginger syrup in the mug. Pour slowly to ensure the milk and foam are well incorporated. The luxurious foam topping will make your latte look as good as it tastes.
Step 5
Finally, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder on top for an extra layer of aroma and flavor. (Tip: If you’re not a fan of cinnamon or want to try something different, a sprinkle of cocoa powder works wonderfully too, offering a delicious chocolate and ginger combination. I personally substituted cocoa powder and loved it!)
