Main Ingredients- Sausages 125g (about 4, to your preference)
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/4 Green Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper
Special Sauce- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic (or Garlic Powder)
- 1/3 tsp Ginger Powder (or Minced Ginger)
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 0.5 Tbsp Vinegar
- 0.5 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the vegetables. Dice or cube the 1/2 onion. Cut the 1/4 green, red, and yellow bell peppers into similar-sized pieces as the onion. Keeping the vegetable sizes consistent will ensure even cooking and a beautiful presentation.
