Ingredients

  • 2 bags Haribo gummies (various colors)
  • 4 paper cups (for pudding molds)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, carefully sort your Haribo gummies by color and divide them into separate paper cups. This step is key to creating beautiful, layered colors in your rainbow pudding.

Step 1

Step 2

Pour just enough water into each cup to cover the gummies. Be careful not to add too much water, as it can dilute the gummy flavor. Microwave each cup for about 1 minute, or until the gummies have completely melted.

Step 2

Step 3

Once melted, the gummies will have a liquid consistency. Place these cups in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes to allow the mixture to set slightly. This partial setting helps create distinct layers.

Step 3

Step 4

After 30 minutes in the fridge, take them out. You’ll see that the gummy mixture has become wonderfully jiggly and firm, just like in the picture! You can already sense the chewy texture.

Step 4

Step 5

Now, melt your yellow gummies. Let them cool slightly before pouring them gently over the set red layer. Return these cups to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes. Repeat this process with the remaining colors – green and orange – layering them one by one. Once the orange layer is done, refrigerate the entire pudding for about 2 hours to ensure it’s fully set. It’s important that the layers don’t mix together.

Step 5

Step 6

After 2 hours in the fridge, carefully peel away the sides of the paper cups. Behold! Your stunningly beautiful rainbow pudding is complete. The vibrant, layered colors are truly a feast for the eyes!

Step 6

Step 7

Taking a bite, the texture is wonderfully chewy and jiggly, just as you’d expect from Haribo gummies – it’s delicious! While eating gummies straight is great, transforming them into this pudding form offers a delightful new experience. Try making this with your young children for a fun and memorable cooking adventure!
