Main Ingredients- 1 large tortilla
- 1 handful of baby greens (washed and patted dry)
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly julienned
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, thinly julienned
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly julienned
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 slice of deli ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 slice of cheese, cut to fit the tortilla size
Sauce- 2 Tbsp mild mustard sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 Tbsp mild mustard sauce (adjust to taste)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Spread half of the mustard sauce thinly over one half of the tortilla. Be careful not to use too much sauce, as it can make the wrap soggy.
Step 2
Arrange the washed and dried baby greens evenly over the sauced half of the tortilla. Next, layer the thinly julienned red, orange, and yellow bell peppers, followed by the cut cherry tomatoes. The variety of colors makes the wrap appealing and the vegetables add a fresh crunch.
Step 3
Place the prepared slices of ham and cheese over the vegetables. You can tear the ham and cheese into smaller pieces or cut them to fit. Finally, tightly roll up the tortilla, starting from the side with the filling, like making a sushi roll. Slice in half to serve, making it easy for little hands to hold and eat. Enjoy this delightful and healthy wrap!
