  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • 3 slices of Cheese (or spring cheese)
  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 sheet of Seasoned Seaweed (Gim)

Seasoning

  • 1-2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce (adjust to taste)

First, prepare all the delicious main ingredients for your fried rice: the bell pepper, cooked rice, cheese, seaweed, and the creamy avocado. Make sure all ingredients are washed and prepped accordingly.

Remove the pit and peel from the avocado, then thinly slice it. For the cheese, thinly shredding the slices will help them integrate better with the rice.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice with the sliced avocado, shredded cheese, and the seasoned seaweed cut into bite-sized pieces. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and gently mix everything together until well combined. You can adjust the amount of oyster sauce based on the rice quantity and your personal preference.

Cut off the top of the bell pepper and remove the seeds. Then, cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise. Carefully fill each half of the bell pepper with the prepared rice mixture, pressing it down gently. Top the rice-filled bell pepper halves with the remaining cheese slices. Place them in a preheated air fryer and cook at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bell pepper is slightly tender. (If using an oven, bake at 190°C/375°F for 12-15 minutes).
