Smoothie Base
- 30ml Blue Curaçao Syrup (for a refreshing blue hue)
- 70ml Unsweetened Yogurt (adds a creamy and tangy flavor)
- 2.5 cups Ice Cubes (for chill and a smooth texture)
- 30ml Sweetened Condensed Milk (for a rich, sweet taste)
- 60ml Milk (to help blend smoothly)
Whipped Cream Clouds
- 100ml Heavy Cream, chilled (must be cold for whipping)
- 20g Sugar (adjust to your sweetness preference)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Let’s start by making the smoothie base. In a blender, combine the Blue Curaçao syrup, unsweetened yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and milk. Blend until smooth and well combined. Add the ice cubes later.
Step 2
Now, let’s prepare the fluffy clouds for topping – the whipped cream! In a chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip, as it can turn into butter.
Step 3
Transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag. You can use it without a tip, or opt for a star tip for a fancier look. Have it ready before you start assembling the smoothie in the cup.

Time to assemble this beautiful drink! Add the ice to the blended smoothie base and pulse a few more times until it reaches your desired consistency. To build the ‘clouds,’ first pipe a layer of whipped cream at the bottom of your serving glass. Then, pour in some of the blue smoothie.
