Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, lightly coat a pan with oil and add the garlic flakes. Sauté over low heat until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic flakes; the goal is to release a subtle aroma.
Step 2
Add the prepared vegetables – onion, carrot, bell pepper, zucchini, and king oyster mushroom – to the pan. Chop them into bite-sized pieces. The natural moisture and sweetness from the fresh vegetables will enhance the dish’s flavor.
Step 3
Place the prepared chicken tenderloin on top of the vegetables. Chicken tenderloin is ideal for diet dishes as it’s low in fat and very tender.
Step 4
Now it’s time to stir-fry everything together. Stir-fry quickly over high heat until the vegetables and chicken are cooked. Once the chicken turns white on the outside, generously add black pepper to eliminate any gamey odors and boost the flavor.
Step 5
When the chicken and vegetables are partially cooked, add the red pepper flakes and oriental dressing. Stir-fry until everything is evenly coated. Taste and adjust the amount of oriental dressing as needed. Adding red pepper flakes will provide a pleasant spiciness.
Step 6
Your delicious chicken tenderloin and vegetable stir-fry is ready! ✌ Complete your healthy diet meal with this visually appealing and tasty dish. It’s satisfying enough to enjoy even without rice.
