This recipe is for my fellow dieters who adore bread but find it hard to resist! If you’re like me and love bread more than rice, this is the perfect treat for those moments. Enjoy a delicious and guilt-free diet with these wonderfully chewy and soft sweet potato buns.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp starch powder (e.g., potato starch or cornstarch)
  • 5 Tbsp milk
  • 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

Wash 4 medium sweet potatoes thoroughly. Place them in an air fryer and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-30 minutes until tender and slightly browned. Alternatively, you can steam them in a pot or cook them in the microwave until soft.
