Chewy Rice Paper Cheese Rolls
Super Easy Homemade Cheese Rolls!
A super simple snack made with cheese and rice paper. Perfect for a quick treat!
Ingredients
- 5 sheets of rice paper
- 5 slices of cheese (or your preferred cheese)
Sauce
- 5 Tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 5 Tbsp plain yogurt

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare your rice paper sheets and your cheese. You can use any type of cheese you like, such as cheddar or mozzarella, for a personalized flavor.

Get a shallow dish and fill it with warm water. Briefly dip a sheet of rice paper in the water until it’s pliable, then carefully place a slice of cheese in the center. Fold the rice paper over the cheese, ensuring both sides are completely covered and sealed. Make sure the cheese doesn’t leak out by folding it snugly.

Now, prepare your air fryer. It’s a good idea to line the air fryer basket with parchment paper, as this will make cleanup much easier later on.

Arrange the cheese-wrapped rice paper rolls in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap. Overlapping can prevent them from cooking evenly.

Set the air fryer temperature to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, carefully flip the rolls over and cook for another 5 minutes at 180°C (350°F). This will result in a golden-brown and crispy exterior.

While the rolls are cooking, let’s make a quick and delicious dipping sauce. In a small bowl, combine 5 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Whisk everything together until smooth and well combined.
